On May 11, the Folsom City Council
voted to approve the Lot Y Hotel at Folsom Boulevard and US 50 by a
3 - 2 vote.
Voting to
approve the Hotel as proposed,
were Mayor Starsky, Vice Mayor Morein and Council Member Miklos.
Voting against
the hotel development
were Council Members Howell and Sheldon.
HPL and partner organizations are considering
possible next steps.
